New visa courses of action for individuals working in Australia's seaward oil and gas industry

From 31 March 2015, new visa courses of action became effective for non-residents other than lasting occupants planning to work in Australia's seaward oil and gas industry.

Individuals planning to chip away at assets establishments ought to hold either a Subclass 457 Temporary Work (Skilled) visa or a Subclass 400 Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity) visa.

Individuals who are taking part in, or supporting, a seaward assets action from a vessel will be conceded the Special Purpose Visa
